Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
If expedited shipping becomes available in the future, available shipping options and pricing will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
NeedAPaw is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, NeedAPaw ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, eligible countries and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
