Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post your refund.
